Ixa Floor Lamp

Standing on its own base, this floor lamp from the Ixa family brings the precision-engineered balance of Foster + Partners Industrial Design to a reading chair or sofa. Rods and counterweights hold an adjustable spherical head that can be moved to direct light where it is needed. Soft, simple lines in aluminium, steel and technopolymer give it a classic look, inspired by Alexander Calder's dynamic sculptures.
